Nuclea has established and maintains numerous cancer cell lines that it uses in its research activities. These cell lines include the GIST 882 cell line, which Nuclea has licensed from Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA, and the NCI-60 cell lines. The company can utilize the cell lines for preclinical studies on therapeutic candidates, and for gene/protein expression studies.
